Report on the Duplicate Content Penalty

I said not too long ago that I was going to test out the waters with producing some content instead of just thinking about software. I'm not quite to the point of creating content for sale, so I'm starting a little smaller and simpler: I'm putting together a few reports on some of the most common questions I see from newer marketers (or sometimes not-so-new).

I'm going to make them available at no cost on a new site I tossed up, MarketerVault.com. I registered the domain for something else a while ago which ended up not happening (yes, it was a software project and yes, I know that's typical). Anyway, it was a domain I already owned so I figured I'd save $10 and not register something new.

The first report, The Truth About The Duplicate Content Penalty, is now posted on the site and available for download. I've got a short list of ideas for the next few reports and I'll probably drop a note on my blog when I post them.

In case you were wondering, I don't have any specific plan for monetizing this yet. I know I should have figured that out first, but I didn't want to get all hung up on the little details like trying to make money.
